IoT users will have to trust online services with remote devices, otherwise they might turn away and prefer to stick with traditional business models. IoT Security is an umbrella term for technical (and organisational) measures how to secure IoT applications and how to build a solid foundation for sustainable IoT success.
My new book is covering many IoT security aspects and ingredients for a trustworthy ecosystem design. It explains potential threats, countermeasures and how to evaluate implementations and – last but not least – some design tips. This book provides a lot of useful information and practical advice for engineering-minded IoT fans.
This is my second book for publisher Springer, and I timely submitted the manuscript end of July 2022.
